the staff proved helpful and cute. the location was excellent and close to the center.
I booked expecting a shuttle to pick me up from the airport, but it did not happen. i incurred a $25 charge for the 50 min ride. the hotel charged 2% for credit card use. I did not see this reported.

The staff was helpful, they arranged tuk-tuks quickly, and they always greeted me with a smile! The laundry service was speedy and my clothes came back perfectly clean. I also really liked the breakfast. There were many choices and the fresh fruit was delicious. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool after my tours of local temples, it felt luxurious!

i stayed for several nights. The room included a big balcony. The breakfast had daily variety i found very excellent. The staff helped with transportation to the airport, it was a very smooth process.
the pool area needed some tlc.
